Zutaten:
100g Cashews
120g Datteln
15g Kakaopulver
10g Leinsamen
10g Chiasamen
1EL Sirup nach Wahl (Ahornsirup)
1TL Vanille
1 Prise Salz
Kokosraspel
Gojibeeren
1/2TL Salz
TEIL 2:
225g gekochter Reis
60g gemahlene Mandeln
50g Kichererbsenmehl
Datteln und Cashew ca. 1h in Wasser einweichen!
Danach ohne Einweichwasser mit Kakaopulver, Leinsamen, Chiasamen, Sirup nach Wahl zb Ahornsirup, Vanille und Salz in einer Küchenmaschine mixen, bis eine dicke Masse entsteht!
Die Masse auf einem mit Backpapier belegtem Blech dünn verstreichen und mit Kokosraspeln und Gojibeeren verzieren!
Ein paar Stunde in das Gefrierfach stellen, bis es fest geworden ist bevor es in Stücke geschnitten wird!
