200g Pflanzenmilch nach Wahl
Oder 100g Wasser/100g Pflanzenmilch (je nach Vorliebe)
Optional: Süßungsmittel nach Wahl
Buchweizen über Nacht ein Wasser einweichen!
Alle Zutaten in einem Mixer fein pürieren, in einem Topf kurz erwärmen, in eine Schüssel füllen und je nach Lust und Laune mit frischen oder getrockneten Früchten und/oder Nüsse, Kerne, Samen toppen!
